RESOLUTION NO 2005 -057
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 1
TO CHRIS RILEY UTILITIES, INC.
FOR WATER SYSTEM INTERCONNECT" --- PHASE I
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 1 to Chris Riley Utilities, Inc. in the amount
of $117,848.36 for work improvements to the Water System Interconnect
Project — Phase I, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated June 16,
2005.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 21 st day of June,
2005.
