A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE CDBG CONTRACT
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2005, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed
Amendment #1 to Contract #3001 regarding CDBG funding for the Cimarron Gas
Service CDBG Project proposed by Washington County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves
Amendment #1 to Contract #3001 regarding CDBG funding and schedule for the
Cimarron Gas Service CDBG Project.
