RESOLUTION 2005 -023
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDED 2005 -2009 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, at its March 14, 2005 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission
held a public hearing on the draft amended 2005 -2009 Capital Improvements Program.
WHEREAS, the only portion of the Amended Capital Improvement Plan pertains
to the Infrastructure Reserve Account,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends adoption of the amended
2005 -2009 Capital Improvements Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lake Elmo City Council approves
the amended 2005 -2009 Capital Improvement Program as the planning guide to capital
expenditures.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 1.5" of March, 2005.
