RESOLUTION O. 2005-013
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
EAGLE POINT BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, United Properties has applied for an amendment to the PUD Final
Plan of EAGLE POINT BUSINESS PARK to allow the use of asphalt shingles on Lot 1,
Block 1, EAGLE POINT BUSINESS PARK 4TH ADDITION as a substitute for roofing
materials specified by the Business Park Zoning District Architectural Standards.
WHEREAS, at its January 27, 2005 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed
and recommended denial of this application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of
Lake Elmo does hereby approve the PUD Amendment Application to allow the use of
asphalt shingles of a grade similar to that used on the Prairie Ridge Office Park.
