RESOLUTION NO, 2005- 002,
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION AND DECLARING VACANCY
WHEREAS, Councilmember Dean Johnston has submitted his letter of
resignation dated December 28, 2004 which indicates that his resignation will be
effective upon the administration of his oath of office as Mayor of the City of Lake
Elmo.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby accepts the resignation
of Councitmember Dean Johnston and declares a vacancy in the Council seat held by
Councitmember Dean Johnston, effective on the administrative of the oath of office
to Dean Johnston as Mayor for the City of Lake Elmo.
