RESOLUTION NO. 2006-146
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL FLAT OF DISCOVER CROSSING
2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the OP Stage
Plan/Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permit of DISCOVER CROSSING on April 18,
2006;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of DISCOVER CROSSING 2 I ADDITION
presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of Section 300 and Section 440
of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council .
does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat of DISCOVER CROSSING 2111,
ADDITION, per plans staff dated November 30, 2006 as on file with the City
Administrator.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the tb day of De fib, 2006.
