A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 2,
TO LAKES MECHANICAL SERVICES, INC.
FOR TABLYN PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS
PLUMBING CONNECTIONS — CONTRACT B
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 1 to Lakes Mechanical Services, Inc. for
Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Plumbing Connections — Contract B in the
amount of $181,871.90, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 19thd_-a-Y �of
