A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO.
TO LAKES MECHANICAL SERVICES, INC.
FOR TABLYN PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS
PLUMBING CONNECTIONS — CONTRACT 4,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. I to Lakes Mechanical Services, Inc. for
Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Plumbing Connections — Contract A in the
amount of $43,731.11, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 19th
December, 2006.
