A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECTION 520 SITE PLAN OF THE
BUILDING LOCATED ON BLOCK 1, LOT 2 OF EAGLE POINT EASINESS
PARES Ten ADDITION
WHEREAS, United Land, LLC has made application for a Section 520 Site Plan
for construction of an office building on Block 1, Lot 2, EAGLE POINT BUSINESS
PARK. 7" ADDITION.
WHEREAS, at its November 27, 2006 meeting, the Planning Commission
reviewed and unanimously recommend approval of this site plan per plans that staff dated
October 27, 2006, as the same on file with the City Administrator, subject to the
following Conditions:
1. Submission of a complete exterior lighting photometric plan demonstrating
compliance with the City exterior lighting standards prior to issuance of a
building permit.
2. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer and Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City Of
Lake EImo does hereby approve the Section 520 Site Plan based upon the
recommendation of the Planning Commission.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 5th da of Dec ber 2006.
