RESOLUTION NO 2006-133 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 6 <br />TO RILEY BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION <br />FOR WATER SYSTEM PHASE <br />(jamaca Avenue, Stillwater Blvd., <br />1 31st Streets) <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby <br />approves Partial Payment No. 6 to Riley Brothers Construction in the <br />amount of $53,412.88 for work improvements for the Waater System <br />Interconnect — Phase 111, verified by the City Engineer. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 5th day of December, <br />2006. -'" <br />Dean A.
