A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 6
TO RILEY BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION
FOR WATER SYSTEM PHASE
(jamaca Avenue, Stillwater Blvd.,
1 31st Streets)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 6 to Riley Brothers Construction in the
amount of $53,412.88 for work improvements for the Waater System
Interconnect — Phase 111, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 5th day of December,
2006. -'"
