A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 19
CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 AND NO. 4
TO PARK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR TABLYN PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS WATER MAIN
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 5 to Park Construction Company in the
amount of $541,852.36 for work improvements for the Tablyn Park/Lake
Elmo Heights Water Main, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 5th day of December,
2006.
