CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-130 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF ST.CROIX SANCTUARY <br />2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the OP Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permit of ST.CROIX SANCTUARY on October <br />4, 2005; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat of ST.CROIX SANCTUARY 2nd ADDITION <br />presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of Section 300 and Section 400 <br />of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Final Plat of ST. CROIX SANCTUARY 2nd ADDITION, <br />per plans staff-dated November 16, 2006 as on file with the City Administrator subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with the requirements of the City Engineer, <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council is 21st,&3 f-Nov tuber, 2006. <br />l3ean A.
