A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. I
TO VALLEY PAVING INC.
FOR THE 2006 OVERLAY PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. I to Valley Paving Inc. in the amount of
$168,257.99 for the 2006 Overlay Project, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 21 st
November, 2006.
