CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MI'.N-NES0TA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-127 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR WELL SEALING CONTRACT B <br />LAKE ELMO TABLYN PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS PLUMBING CONNECTIONS <br />WHERE-AS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for street patching, bids were <br />received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following bid was received <br />complying with the advertisement. <br />Contractor <br />E.H. Renner & Sons Inc. <br />Sampson Bros Well. Co.Inc. <br />Mark. J. Traut Wells Inc. <br />Keys Well Drilling Co. <br />Kimmes-Bauer <br />Base Bid <br />$408,420.00 <br />$389,000.00 <br />$388)200.00 <br />$333,025.00 <br />$168,705.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, Kimmes-Bauer is the lowest responsible bid-der, <br />NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE <br />ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />I , The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Kimmes-Bauer in the name of the City of Lake Elmo for well sealing, <br />according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council <br />and on file in the office of the city clerk. <br />2. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />the deposit made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and the next lowest bidder shall retained until a contract has been signed. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21 <br />Dean A.
