approved Partial Payment No. 8 to CB&I CONSTRUCTORS,
INC. in the amount of $79,138.80 for the Elevated Water Storage
Tank No. 2, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 8th day of
November, 2006.
