A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 4
TO PARK CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR
TABLYN PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS WATERMAIN
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 4 to PARK CONSTRUCTION in
the amount of $1,003,797.97 for the Tablyn. Park/Lake Elmo
Heights Watermain, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 8th day of
November, 2006.
