RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -103
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 7
TO CB & I CONSTRUCTORS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 7 to CB & I Constructors, Inc., in the amount
of $109,346.43 for work improvements for the Elevated Water Storage Tank No. 2,
verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 3rd day of October
