A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 3
TO PARK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR TABLYN PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS WATER MAIN
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves
Partial Payment No. 3 to Park Construction Company in the amount of $472,571.77
for work improvements for the Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Water Main,
verified by the City Engineer.
