A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 2
TO PARK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY!
FOR TABLVN PARK /LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS WATER MAIM
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 2 to Park Construction Company in the
amount of $537,058.69 for work improvements for the TabIyn Park/Lake
Elmo Heights Water Main, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 5th_.ay-bf'Sfptember,
2006.
