WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-088
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED 2006 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE INT 2007 &
THE PROPOSED 2007 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted budget council and committee meetings;
WHEREAS, the City is required to adopt a proposed budget for payable 2007 and certified it's
proposed property tax levy for payable in 2007.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City adopts the proposed 2007 Budget,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lake Elmo, County of Washington, Minnesota
that the following proposed sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 2007, upon.
taxable property in the City of Lake Elmo, for the following purposes:
Total Levy $2,428,600
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this
resolution to the County Auditor of Washington County, Minnesota.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 5th day of September, 2006.
