RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -077
A RESOLUTION APROVING THE SELECITON OF CONSULTANT
FOR THE PARK SYSTEM PLAN UPDATE
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo sent out invitations to six consulting firms for
a proposal for the Park System Plan Update;
WHEREAS, on July 17, 2006 the Lake Elmo Park Commission interviewed the
three finalists consulting firms;
WHEREAS, at a Special Park Commission meeting on July 25, 2006, the
Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation to the City Council that the firm
TKDA be contracted to complete the update of the 1990 Park System Plan.
WHEREAS, on August 2, 2006, the Lake Elmo City Council confirms the Park
Commission's recommendation and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to enter
into a contract for services with TKDA as consultant for the Park System Plan Update.
