A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION AND PRIMARY CONTACT
PERSON FOR MN /DOT COMMUNITY ROADSIDE LANDSCAPING
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo will act as the sponsoring unit for the project
identified as State Highway 5 /Carriage Park Landscaping Project on the state trunk
highway 5 to be conducted during the period August through November.
WHEREAS, Alin Smith is hereby authorized to apply to the Minnesota
Department of Transportation for funding of this project on behalf of the City of Lake
Elmo.
ADOPTED BY the Lake Elmo ' Council o the 2nd ay of Au st, 2006.
