CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-055 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2006 OVERLAYS <br />(Irvin Court, Irvin Circle, Isle Avenue, Ivy Court, and Jamaca Court) <br />WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the <br />2006 Overlays, and this report was received by the City Council on June 20, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the overlay improvements <br />of Irvin Court, Irvin Circle, Isle Avenue, Ivy Court and Jamaca Court, in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $214,250.00. <br />2. A Public Ilearing has been ordered ors said resurfacing improvement on <br />the 5th day of July, 2006 at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m. and the <br />clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />improvement as required by law. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Counci 20th day of Ju 2006 �` ff <br />_ _. <br />Dean A.
