RESOLUTION NO. 2006-055
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2006 OVERLAYS
(Irvin Court, Irvin Circle, Isle Avenue, Ivy Court, and Jamaca Court)
WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the
2006 Overlays, and this report was received by the City Council on June 20, 2006.
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the overlay improvements
of Irvin Court, Irvin Circle, Isle Avenue, Ivy Court and Jamaca Court, in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter
429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $214,250.00.
2. A Public Ilearing has been ordered ors said resurfacing improvement on
the 5th day of July, 2006 at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m. and the
clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
improvement as required by law.
