A. RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL: PAYMENT NO. I
TOO RILEY BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION
FOR WATER SYSTEM INTERCONNECT — PHASE I
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 1 to Riley Brothers Construction in the
amount of $14,187 for work improvements to the Water System
Interconnect Project — Phase 1.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 20th clay of June,
2006.
