RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 4
TO CB & I CONSTRUCTORS, INC.
FOR ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK NO.2
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council approves Partial Payment
No. 4 to CB & I Constructors, Inc., in the amount of $152,000.00
for work improvements
to the Elevated Water Storage Tank No. 2, verified by the City Engineer in his memo
dated April 26, 2006.
