CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, at its April 24, 2006 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission
reviewed and unanimously recommended approval of a Site Plan for Rockpoint Church,
AND
WHEREAS, at its May 2, 2006 meeting, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed
the Site Plan for Rockpoint Church.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
approves the Site Plan for Rockpoint Church in accordance with plans staff dated April
24, 2006 with the following conditions:
1. No Building Permit shall be approved until Final Plat and Development
Agreement are approved by the Lake Elmo City Council.
2. The Development Agreement shall reflect responsibility for the joint
septic system with the OP Plat.
ADOPTED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL on the 2nd day
