CITY OF LAKE .ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-029 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />AND ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR THE 2006 STREET REPAIRS - <br />TABLYN PARK. NEIGHBORHOOD STREET <br />WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by TKDA (TKDA Project No. <br />13524.000) with reference to the 2006 Street Repairs - Tablyn Park Neighborhood Street <br />Project, and this report was received by the City Council on March 21, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the overlay improvements <br />of the 2006 Street Repairs - Tablyn Park Neighborhood <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all <br />or a. portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $274,000.00. <br />2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said overlay improvement on <br />the 18th day of April, 2006 at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m.. and the <br />clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />improvement as required by law. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21st day of Mart h�- 2000:: , <br />J <br />Dean Johnston., Mayo`} <br />Ai"PUCT. <br />
