RESOLUTION NO. 2006-029
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR THE 2006 STREET REPAIRS -
TABLYN PARK. NEIGHBORHOOD STREET
WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by TKDA (TKDA Project No.
13524.000) with reference to the 2006 Street Repairs - Tablyn Park Neighborhood Street
Project, and this report was received by the City Council on March 21, 2006.
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the overlay improvements
of the 2006 Street Repairs - Tablyn Park Neighborhood
in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all
or a. portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $274,000.00.
2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said overlay improvement on
the 18th day of April, 2006 at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m.. and the
clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
improvement as required by law.
