A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. i
TO CB &I CONSTRUCTORS, INC.
FOR THE ELEVATED 'CATER STORAGE TANK NO. 2
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 1 to CB &I CONSTRUCTORS, INC. in the
amount of $46,3 12.50 for work improvements to the Elevated Water Storage
Tank No. 2.
