RESOLUTION 2007 -094
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2008 -2012 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, at its November 26, 2007 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning
Commission held a public hearing on the draft 2008 -2012 Capital. Improvements
Program.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends adoption. of the 2008 -2012
Capital Improvements Program.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed the draft 2008 -2012 Capital
Improvements Program recommended by the Planning Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lake Elmo City Council approves
the 2008 -2012 Capital Improvement Program as the planning guide to capital
expenditures.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 0 day of December,
