RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -093
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2008 GENERAL FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to adopt a formal budget for the general
fund revenues;
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo held it's Truth in. Taxation. Hearing on December 3, 2007;
WHEREAS, the City Council closed the public hearing on the 2008 general fund
budget at the close of the meeting on December 3, 2007 without need for continuation;
WHEREAS, the City Council held a subsequent hearing on December 4, 2007;
BE IT RESOLVED the Lake Elmo City Council adopts the 2008 general fund budget
in the amount of $3,504,237
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 4th. day of December, 2007.

on the 4th day of December 2007, by a vote of 2 Ayes and 1 Nays.
