RESOLUTION NO. 2007-089

WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo will act as the sponsoring unit for Phase 11 of
the project identified as State Highway 5 /Carriage Park Landscaping Project on the state
trunk highway 5 to be conducted during the period April through July and authorize the
acceptance of the funds if the project is approved.
WHEREAS, Brenda Anderson is hereby authorized to apply to the Minnesota
Department of Transportation for funding of this project on behalf of the City of Lake
Elmo. .
ADOPTED BY the Lake Elmo City Council on the 201x' day of November, 2007.
