WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
RESOLUTION NO 2007-088
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has authorized and directed the City's
Comi-nunity Improvement Commission to review priorities for the City of Lake Elmo
application for 2008 Community Development Block Grant funds, and make its
recommendations to the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission has provided its
unanimous recommendation to the City Council to apply for 2008 CDBG funds for the
continuation of the Cimarron Neighborhood Gas Service Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, the hands being requested with the application are in the amount of
$80,000 for the continuation of the Cimarron Neighborhood Gas Service Rehabilitation
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council concurs in the
recommendation of the Community Improvement regarding the 2008 CDBG application;
and., authorizes and directs the City Administrator to prepare and submit the 2008 CDBG
Application to Washington County responsive to this Resolution of the City Council.
