RESOLUTION O. 2007-087
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
FOR PHASE III OF THE WATER SYSIE"Ell INTERCONNECTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on
September 20, 2005, Riley Brothers Construction has satisfactorily completed
Phase III of the Water System Interconnection project in accordance with such
contract.
WHEREAS, the one-year Warranty for the improvements began on
November 13, 2007, and will end on November 12, 2008, and a one-year
Warranty inspection will be completed in October, 2008, and the contractor will
be required to repair or replace, as directed by the City, any work or materials
that are found to be defective, at the Contractor's sole cost and expense.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the work completed under said
contract is hereby accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator and Mayor are
hereby directed to Issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract,
taking the contractor's receipt in full,
