CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 083 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CITY WATER CONNECTION SYSTEM <br />INTERCONNECT PROJECT PHASES I F± 11 <br />WHEREAS, on September 2, 2006, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 97-176 which established Lateral Water Main Charges for the City's <br />Water Connection System Interconnect Project Phases I a If ("Project"); <br />WHEREAS, on June 5, 2007, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />2007-042 which provided that property owners who connected to the Project prior to <br />September 1, 2007 would have the right to elect to have the Lateral Water Main <br />Charges and Connection Charges specialty assessed against their property over five (5) <br />years at an interest rate of 5.75% per annum; <br />WHEREAS, the following property owners have signed Lateral Water Main <br />Benefit Charge and Connection Charge Repayment Agreements ("Agreements") which <br />have been approved by the Lake Elm City Council: <br />Neil. Krueger Et Deborah Krueger 1102921410002 <br />4452 Lake Elmo Ave. <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />Geoffrey Laramy Et Stephanie Laramy 1002921240014 <br />9404 Lake Jane Trail North <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55402 <br />WHEREAS, the Agreements authorize the City of Lake Elmo to specialty assess <br />the Lateral Water Main Charges and Connection Charges against their respective <br />parcels pursuant to provisions of M.S. 444.075, Subd. 4.; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has completed all procedures necessary in <br />order to specialty assess the above parcels pursuant to M.S. 444.075, Subd. 4. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />
