RESOLUTION NO. 2007-079
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
FOR THE TABLYN PARK/LAKE EL MO HEIGHTS
PLUMBING CONTRACTS A AND B PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on October
17, 2006, Lakes Mechanical Services, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the
Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Plumbing Contracts A and B project in
accordance with such contract.
WHEREAS, the one-year Warranty for the improvements began on
October 9, 2007, and will end on October 8, 2008, and a one-year Warranty
inspection will be completed in September, 2008, and the contractor will be
required to repair or replace, as directed by the City, any work or materials that
are found to be defective, at the Contractor's sole cost and expense.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the work completed under said
contract is hereby accepted and approved, and,
BE I FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator and Mayor are
Mayor
hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract,
taking the contractor's receipt in full.

the 16th day of October 20079 by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
