RESOLUTION NO. 2007-069
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
FOR THE NORTHERN WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on
September, 27, 2006, GM Contracting, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the
Northern Watermain Extension project in accordance with such contract.
WHEREAS, the one-year Warranty for the improvements began on
September 25, 2007, and will end on September 24, 2008, and a one-year
Warranty inspection will be completed in August, 2008, and the contractor will be
required to repair or replace, as directed by the City, any work or materials that
are found to be defective, at the Contractor's sole cost and expense.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the work completed under said
contract is hereby accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator and Mayor are
hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract,
taking the contractor's receipt in full.
