RESOLUTION NO. 2007-61
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED 2007 TAX LEVY, PAYABLE, IN 2008 &
THE PROPOSED 2008 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted budget council and committee meetings;
WHEREAS, the City is required to adopt a proposed budget for payable 2008 and certified it's
proposed property tax levy for payable in 2008.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City adopts the proposed 2008 Budget,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lake Elmo, County of Washington, Minnesota
that the following proposed sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 2008, upon
taxable property in the City of Lake Elmo, for the following purposes:
Total. Levy $ 2,598,000
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this
resolution to the County Auditor of Washington County, Minnesota.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Ehno City Council on the 4th day of September, 2007.
