RESOLUTION NO. 2007-057
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
FOR ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK NO. 2
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on October
18, 2005, CB&I Constructors, Inc. has satisfactorily completed Elevated Water
Storage Tank No. 2 in accordance with such contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the work completed under said
contract is hereby accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator and Mayor are
hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract,
taking the contractor's receipt in full,
