RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -031
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 13
TO GEN -CON CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Payment No. 13 to Gen -Con Construction in the amount of
$107,171.27 for the public works building, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 17th day of April,
2007.
