BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 3 to Kimmes- Bauer, Inc. in the amount of
$14,372.60 for the Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Well Sealing Contract
B, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 3rd day of April,
2007. -
