A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 2,
TO KIMMES- BAITER, INC.
FOR TABLYN PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS WELL SEALING
CONTRACT B
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 2 to Kim.mes- Bauer, Inc. in the amount of
$12,$25.00 for the TabIyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Well Sealing Contract
B, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day_of March,
2007.
