BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 10 to CB&I CONSTRUCTORS,,
INC. in the amount of $37,326.45 for the Elevated Water Storage
Tank No. 2, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of
March, 2007.
