RESOLUTION NO 2007-017
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Lake Elmo enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No.
90705 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following
purposes:
To provide for payment by the state to the City of the State's share of the costs of the
acquisition of landscape materials to be placed by the City adjacent to Trunk Highway
No. 5 from Marquess Trail to 600 feet south within the corporate City limits under State
Project No. 8214 -969C.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVER that the Mayor and Tbomas Bouthiiet, Finarm Director are
authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
CERTIFCATION
I certify that the above Resolution is an accurate copy of the Resolution adopted by the
Council of the City of Lake Elmo at an authorized meeting held on the 20`h day of
February, 2007, as shown by the minutes of the eting in my possessio .
