A RE SOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TJ
THE CDBG CONTRACT
WHEREAS, on February 6, 2007, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed.
Amendment #2 to Contract #3001 regarding the CDBG schedule for the Cimarron Gas
tn
Service CDBG Project proposed by Washington County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves
Amendment 42 to Contract #3001 regarding the CDBG schedule for the Cimarron Gas
Service CDBG Project.

Community Development Block Grant Subgrantee Agreement
Contract # 3001
The agreement made between Washington County ("Grantee") and the City of Lake Elmo
("Subgrantee"), dated January 4, 2005, and is hereby amended as follows:
Page one of the Agreement shall be amended as indicated by bolded letters:
1. Term. S6rvices,of the Subgrantee shall start on the first day of July 2004 and end on the
June 30, 2007°
All other terms. and conditions of the Agreement, unless specifically amended herein, remain in
full -force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantee and the Subgrantee have executed this Subgrantee
Agreement on the date indicated below.
