RESOLUTION NO 2007-012
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. It
TO CB&I CONSTRUCTORS, INC. FOR
THE ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK NO 2
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 9 to CB&I CONSTRUCTORS in
the amount of $13,775.00 for the Elevated Water Storage Tank No.
2, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of
February, 2007.
