A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT
TO G.M. CONTRACTING, INC FOR
THE NORTHERN WATER MAIN EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 2 to G.M. CONTRACTING, INC. in
the amount of $286,414.37 for the Northern Water Main
Extension, verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of
February, 2007.
