A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. l.,
TO KIMMES- eBAUEl2, INC.
FOR TABLYN PARK/LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS WELL SEALING
CONTRACT 13
BE .IT RESOLVED, that the bake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 1 to Kimmes- Bauer, Inc. in the amount of
$8,265.00 for the Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Well Sealing Contract B,
verified by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of February,
2007.
